The agency placement fee is a one-time fee when you hire the nanny of your choice. The full nanny background check report is included along with a 6 month replacement guarantee, on the rare occurrence things should not work out and you need to replace your nanny.

Full Time Nanny

Full-time nannies work 35+ hours per week, depending on your family’s needs. Depending on the job, number of children, and duties required, most of our professional nannies typically charge $20-25/hr NET and up.
Live-In Nanny
$4000 Placement Fee

A Live-In Nanny works up to 60 hours a week Monday-Friday. The nanny is someone who will also have at least three years of professional experience caring for children, they will live within the family home and provide care and support to the children within the home. A live in nanny needs to be provided with their own bedroom and given privacy when off-duty and during their free time over the weekend. Some families are able offer separate accommodation for live-in nannies such as a cottage or separate area within the home.
Baby Nurse/Night Nanny
$4000 Placement Fee
Whether Part-time or Full-time, Newborn Care Specialists or Baby Nurses care for the newest of family members, supporting parents during the transition. These specialty nannies provide overnight care, 12 or 24-hour care or whatever is needed during the infant’s first year. These specialists typically charge between $25-45/hr, depending on experience.
Temporary Nanny
$2000 Placement Fee

Whether it be seasonal care (i.e. a Summer Nanny or Hotel -vacation-care) or a fill-in for your permanent nanny, we will provide you with the best back-up care for your children. Temporary Nannies provide the same customized care and household support for an agreed upon time frame, less than 1 year.
