ALCOHOL

Just don't. Booze of any kind have been associated with developmental issues. We all know this. I hope.

SUSHI

Sorry no sushi allowed. Certain sushi, sashimi and other raw foods, like fish tartares, clams, and oysters are out of the question. But not all fish is a no-eat. Certain species such as Tilapia and catfish are actually packed with nutrients that will give you your fill of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and vitamin D. Cooked filets are a go-go.

HAIR HIGHLIHGTS

Since dyes don't touch the scalp, highlights are safe. Don't trust it? Wait until your second trimester.
